Vin Diesel's Education Background

Mark Sinclair Vincent, also known as Vin Diesel, is an American actor who first became well-known for his role in several action thrillers, such as The Fast and the Furious and xXx. His newest film to make it to the big screen is Fast Five, the fifth movie in the Fast and the Furious series. EDUinReview will now take a look at Vin Diesel’s education background.
Vin Diesel was born on July 18, 1967, in New York City, NY. He was raised by his mother, Delora, and his stepfather, Irving. He also has a twin brother, Paul, and two other siblings: Tim and Samantha. Diesel has never met his birth father. Vin Diesel knew at a young age that he wanted to act and appeared in his first play, Dinosaur Door, when he was only seven-years old.
He continued to act throughout his childhood and into his teenage years. After high school, he attended Hunter College, where he studied creative writing. As a result of his studies, he began to write screen plays and earned acclaim for his short film, Multi-Facial, in the early 1990s.

In 1990, Diesel made his first appearance in the film Awakenings, but he was uncredited for his work in the film. In 1997, he cast himself in his film, Strays; the film was then appeared at the Sundance Festival and was turned into an MTV series. Two years later, Diesel appeared in Saving Private Ryan. In 2000, Diesel had major roles in two hit films: Boiler Room and Pitch Black. He revived his role as Riddick in The Chronicles of Riddick in 2004. Although he is known for starring in dramatic action flicks, he has also had some more lighthearted roles, such as his role in The Pacifier.
On a personal note, Diesel has been an avid Dungeons & Dragons player for more than 20 years. He wrote the foreword for a commemorative book for the game in 2004. He has been romantically linked to several actresses, including Michelle Rodriguez, but prefers to keep his personal life to himself. He has one child, Hania Riley, with his girlfriend, Paloma Jimenez.
